Keana Spencer
Keana Spencer is the Owner and Founder of Solace Grove Behavioral Health, where she leads the vision, operations, and client experience of the practice.
Solace Grove was created with a clear purpose — to provide a space where individuals feel supported, respected, and able to move forward in their lives with confidence. Rooted in the Milwaukee community, the practice is built on the belief that access to thoughtful, high-quality behavioral health care should feel both personal and empowering.
While clinical services are provided by licensed professionals, Keana oversees the structure behind the care — ensuring that every interaction, from first contact to ongoing support, reflects professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to meaningful, lasting change.
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Jennifer Sluga, MS, NCC, LPC, SAC
Jennifer Sluga serves as the Clinical Director for Solace Grove Behavioral Health, providing clinical leadership and oversight to support both clients and clinicians.
With a strong background in mental health and substance use treatment, she helps create a care environment that is safe, respectful, and grounded in trust.
Her approach ensures that every client experience reflects thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality care.
THERAPIST
Ricardo provides individual and group therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. His approach is grounded in helping clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
With experience working in both inpatient and intensive outpatient settings, Ricardo supports individuals facing more complex challenges, including co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.
He utilizes evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based techniques, tailoring care to each client’s unique needs and goals. Ricardo also offers services in both English and Spanish.
