Language Assistance
If you speak a language other than English, you have the right to receive language assistance services at no cost. We offer qualified interpreter services, translation of important documents upon request, and bilingual services in Spanish. Your Rights as a Client in Wisconsin
Under Wisconsin Statute 51.61 and DHS 94, you have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, receive services in a safe environment free from abuse and exploitation, participate in your own treatment planning, refuse treatment, have your records kept confidential, file a grievance without retaliation, and access your own records.

HHS Office for Civil Rights: File online at ocrportal.hhs.gov, by phone at 1-800-368-1019, or by mail at 200 Independence Ave SW, Washington D.C. 20201. Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the alleged act.
