About this care

Recovery is a journey — we walk it with you.

Solace Grove is licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services under DHS 75.50 to provide integrated outpatient behavioral health services, including outpatient treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our services do not include inpatient care, residential treatment, or medical detoxification.

Substance use disorder is a complex medical condition that touches the brain, body, and every part of a person's life. We approach it without judgment, treating recovery as a journey rather than a finish line.

Our outpatient care brings together structured counseling, evidence-based support, and steady encouragement to help you build a foundation that lasts. We treat the whole person — not just the use, but the trauma, stress, and life circumstances underneath it.

Wherever you are — just starting to consider change, or already on the path — you're welcome here.

Your records here are protected under 42 CFR Part 2, a federal law with stricter confidentiality protections than standard HIPAA. Your privacy is the priority.
