What Is Crisis Intervention?

A behavioral health crisis can happen to anyone at any time. It may look like overwhelming anxiety, suicidal thoughts, a substance use relapse, a traumatic event, or a sudden break in emotional functioning. Whatever form it takes — it is real, it is urgent, and it deserves immediate attention.

At Solace Grove, our crisis intervention services provide short-term stabilization and support to help individuals and families navigate crisis safely. Our clinicians are trained to respond with calm, compassionate care — helping you or your loved one move from a place of crisis to a place of stability

Safety Planning

A personalized safety plan is developed with you to identify warning signs, coping strategies, and support contacts you can reach in a crisis.


Stabilization Support

Short-term sessions focus on stabilizing the immediate crisis and addressing urgent mental health needs with compassion and clinical expertise.


Connection to Ongoing Care

Once stabilized, your clinician connects you to appropriate ongoing care — whether at Solace Grove or another provider best suited to your needs.
