About This Service

What Is Group Therapy?

Group therapy brings people together in a structured, clinician-led setting to share experiences, build connections, and develop skills for lasting healing.

At Solace Grove, our groups are carefully facilitated to ensure every participant feels safe, respected, and supported. No one is required to share more than they are comfortable with — you move at your own pace within a supportive community.

Research consistently shows that group therapy is one of the most effective forms of treatment for behavioral health and substance use disorders. Hearing others share similar struggles can reduce isolation, build hope, and create a sense of community that is difficult to find anywhere else.
