About Jennifer
Clinical leadership rooted in safety, trust, and survivor-centered care.
As Clinical Director, Jennifer provides the clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision that keep care at Solace Grove safe, consistent, and grounded in trust. A therapist, trainer, and consultant who specializes in complex trauma, she is an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant and a Wisconsin board-approved supervisor for clinicians pursuing LPC and SAC licensure.
An Army veteran and former Veterans’ Service Officer, Jennifer has spent her career serving trauma survivors and training clinicians, advocates, and organizations in survivor-centered care. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is a National Certified Counselor.
Her work has been recognized with the Wisconsin Women Veteran of the Year Award and the University of Wisconsin–Madison Early Career Award. At Solace Grove, she draws on that experience to guide the clinical team and shape practices where clients can feel respected, understood, and supported.
