Grove Wellness Collection

Privacy policy.

Last updated August 24, 2026. This policy explains how Solace Grove Behavioral Health, Inc. handles information connected with purchases from the Grove Wellness Collection.

Who this policy covers

Solace Grove Behavioral Health, Inc. is the seller of Grove Wellness Collection digital resources. We use Payhip to display products, process orders, calculate or facilitate applicable marketplace taxes, and deliver downloads. Stripe processes card payments. Payhip and Stripe also handle information under their own privacy notices.

Read Payhip’s Privacy & Cookies Policy · Read Stripe’s Privacy information

Information involved in a purchase

Depending on the order, Payhip, Stripe, and Solace Grove may receive or use contact and order information such as your name, email address, IP address, billing address, country, state, ZIP code, product purchased, order date, order identifier, payment status, tax information, and download or fulfillment records.

Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor. Payhip states that it does not collect payment-card details when payment is handled by the selected processor.

How information is used

Information is used to process and secure purchases, calculate or document tax, send receipts, deliver files, respond to administrative product questions, address access problems or refund requests, maintain accounting records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We do not automatically add Grove Wellness purchasers to a marketing list. Transactional order and delivery messages are separate from any optional marketing choice.

Wellness purchases stay separate from care

Grove Wellness purchases are nonclinical transactions. Purchasing a resource does not create a therapist-client relationship. Store order information is not placed in SimplePractice, a clinical chart, an insurance claim, or a payer workflow merely because you made a purchase.

Please do not send diagnoses, symptoms, treatment history, completed worksheets, insurance information, or other sensitive health information through Payhip or a store-support message.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by Payhip, Stripe, our website host, and the minimum authorized administrative or accounting personnel needed to operate the store. We may also preserve or disclose records when required by law, to protect the store or its users, or to address fraud, security, disputes, and chargebacks.

We do not sell Grove Wellness customer information. Store purchase data is not used for condition-based advertising, health-interest audiences, or clinical profiling.

Retention and security

Order, tax, accounting, fulfillment, refund, and support records are retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, while recognizing that no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your questions and requests

For a privacy question or request related to a Grove Wellness order, use the Contact link on the Solace Grove Payhip storefront. Include only the name used for the order, the order number if available, the product name, and a way to reply. Do not include clinical or health information.

Requests are handled consistent with applicable law and recordkeeping requirements. Payhip or Stripe may need to address information maintained in their own systems.

Emergency and care communications

Storefront, checkout, download, and administrative support channels are not monitored for emergencies and are not a care-access channel. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the Grove Wellness Collection or its service providers change. The date at the top will identify the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
